Step 1

Once the results are in, Licia will guide leaders through a one-to-one Energy Leadership Index debrief session. Through this personalized session, clients will discover the percentage of each of the 7 energy levels that they typically experience under stress and also under “normal” conditions.

Step 2

Clients will discover their Average Resonating Level of Energy (A.R.L.), which represents the average of all their energy levels, under normal conditions and in reaction to stressful circumstances.

Step 3

Leaders gain insights into where (and how) they’re investing their energy and discover a clear path to their work and life goals. Those with a higher A.R.L. are more satisfied with life and earn more income.
