I just read Licia Thompson's When Your Soul Whispers. Having just gone through one such "life transition," I was intrigued by the title. Personally, chapter 3, "Gratitude is an Attitude," is my biggest takeaway from the book. It is the shortest chapter, but I think if I commit to its tenets, looking back years from now, it will have been the most impactful part of the book. Licia's book is a self-affirming, motivational, and uplifting nudge to move forward with living your life. I recommend it to anyone who is (or should be) moving through a major life transition.
