By understanding each of your seven energy levels when under stress or going about “business as usual,” you will gain tools to develop executive mindset mastery. If you are feeling stuck in your success, this is the first step to reinventing yourself with clarity and confidence.

Step 2

You will discover your Average Resonating Level of Energy (A.R.L.), which represents the average of all your energy levels, under normal conditions and in reaction to stressful circumstances. This is a crucial step in pursuing personal growth for professionals that cannot be overlooked or skipped.


Step 3

As a leader, you will gain insights into where and how you’re investing your energy and discover a clear path to your work and life goals. Whether your A.R.L. is high or low, engaging in this step is the key to unlocking midlife success.
